ABA Legal Document Service conduct personal calls to debtors to ascertain the following information:
- Confirm the address
- Serve any demand letters notices
- Confirm contact numbers
- Financial situation; evaluating a debtor’s capacity to pay
- Demand payment of arrears and make arrangements for future payments
- Stress terms and conditions or your account
- Evaluate their assets for potential litigation
- Report condition of property including any security held
- If customer has left the address we interview neighbours and commence skip tracing procedures on further instruction.
- Asset Reports including motor vehicles, property etc.
